Welcome to Rakuen.
This Region is a series of islands that decided to come together as a single Region. However, this Region is a little different from others. There are no trainers. No Elite Four. No Champion. All there are are Rangers, the local Mafia, and researchers with a few civilians thrown into a mix that can be a researcher on the side of the bowling ally. This Region isn't perfect, of course. The wild is a very vicious place and it takes a skilled professional to survive - or that is what the heads of the Ranger HQ think anyway. Just don't die and you're off to a good start!
A Place at the Table.
What is there to do in Rakuen? Well, let's see... you can...
i. Be a Ranger and go explore
ii. Be a 'Dark Ranger' and break the law or help the local Mafia.
iii. Be in the Mafia and smuggle/poach Pokemon
iv. Work as a researcher and civilian
v. Avoid doing your Ranger work and get distracted at the beach
vi. Break out of jail
vii. Romance someone
viii. Anything else you can imagine
