This Ranger HQ is built on another mountain, away from the main city. And by on, they mean in. Like everything, to protect civilians and Rangers from landslides, every building is carved into the hulk of the mountain with plenty of windows facing the volcano. Many a year Rangers had to evacuate the city. Even so, this place is a great place for those wanting to get into shape fast. Or perhaps escape the law and hide among the ranks of the Rangers.
