The Shiny Cuddles

The Basics.
Cuddle-buddies are Pokemon that are like pets. They don't battle with other Pokemon and they can't use field moves, but they do make wonderful friends. For a limited time, you can claim a shiny cuddle-buddy for yourself!
Begins: at the time of opening
Ends: ?
The Rules.
i. No Legendaries
-Nope.
ii. Can not be used to battle other Pokemon or members.
-Now if your character is attacked in a city, then your cuddle-buddy can defend your character with moves and stuff. But they can not be used in battles with other members (like official battles) nor can they use field moves. In fact, it would be wise to keep your cuddle-buddy at home. Especially if it is big and will just slow you down.
iii. You can only get one Pokemon from this event.
-So choose very wisely. Shiny Pokemon are very rare. This may be one of your only chances for a while!
Participation.
In order to participate, post in this thread with the shiny Pokemon you would like to get. Remember: no Legendaries are allowed.
Please post in the account of the character that will be receiving the Pokemon.
Once you make your character and they are accepted, go to our Mission Board and post a mission for meeting your cuddle-buddy! No one else can take this mission, so be sure to mark that somewhere on the mission!
You will need to take this mission five times to fully bond with your cuddle-buddy. If you lose the steam for it, don't worry! There is no time limit for you to bond with your cuddle-buddy. Just have the mission posted before the event ends.
These threads must be longer than a page. So one page + one more post. Staff can and will control the Pokemon if you want them too. If not, you can post with the Pokemon under your control while someone else rps with you or while you are out on "another mission". For all your possibilities, contact staff!
