Pokemon Partners

Pokemon Partners - Rangers Only.
Rangers have two partners. Their Small Partner and then their Big Partner. The Small Partner is the Partner that is always with them and doesn't count towards the six a Ranger can bond with at once. This partner is bonded with the Ranger through more than just the stylus. They have an unbreakable bond.
The Big Partner is a larger Pokemon given to a Ranger once they reach a new rank (see Rank-Up section below). The Big Partner is the same as the Small Partner in the unbreakable bond, as well as not counting towards the six a Ranger can bond with. This Big Partner can not be used for field moves, and instead is used for getting around without needing a field ability (ex: using a Staraptor to fly around the mountains of Orion instead of having to hunt down a bird every time).
It is important to remember that these Pokemon are still wild, but they stay by their Rangers and are usually always seen with or near their Ranger. How a Ranger bonds with them? That depends on how a Ranger meets their partner, and ultimately, up for you to decide.
Your small partners can evolve!
First stage --> Second stage: Rank 5 needed.
Second stage --> Third stage: Rank 9 needed.
If you Pokemon has several possible evolutions, you can choose the one you want! Like for Eevee. Stones are not needed, just Rank.
You can choose to keep your partner small and adorable. However, if you want them to evolve later and you are at or above the requires rank, just ask staff and you will get the OK!

Pokemon Companions - Researchers and Mafia Only.
Companions are caught Pokemon, in pokeballs. Researchers and Mafia have these types of Pokemon. More pokeballs can be bought with site currency in the shop and then a Pokemon in the wild can be caught. The limit is 6 in total that can battle and be used in the field.
You can evolve your Pokemon in the following ways:
First Stage --> Second Stage: 5 IC post with the Pokemon involved.
Second Stage --> Third Stage: 10 IC post with the Pokemon involved.
Stone/Happiness/Time of Day: 10 IC post with the Pokemon involved.
Ask staff when you have these conditions and your Pokemon can evolve!
Pokemon Companions - cuddle-buddies.
The thing is, some Pokemon in the wild just fall in love with humans and want to spend time with them. These Pokemon are called lap-Pokemon or cuddle-buddies.
If a Ranger, Researcher, or Mafia member meet a wild Pokemon that want to bond with you can fill out a mission form to meet with that Pokemon time and time again.
It takes about five threads to fully bond with a Pokemon. Once you bond with them, you can use a pokeball and have them join you as a friend. You need to buy the pokeball.
They can not use field moves or battle other members.
There is no limit to cuddle-buddies.
No Legendaries.
