The Rules.
Staff are people. They have lives and most are in school. So therefore, we ask that no one gets angry over the fact they had to wait a few days to get something done. Staff will help you as fast as they possibly can, however, you must be willing to work with their schedules. If there is a shortage of staff, they will try to find new ones to help out. No worries.
The most important rules are be patient and don't be a jerk. If you feel like you should take your problem to PM's, then do so.
